- As per the provisions of Income-tax Act, 1961 (“the Act”), the Specified Domestic Transactions(“SDT”) as defined in section 92BA of the Act where value of SDTs in aggregate exceeds INR 20 crores annually (from AY 2016-17 and INR 5 crore till AY 2015-16), the Company has to file the form 3CEB reporting the transactions and has to maintain the documents in support of the transactions so reported in the form 3CEB. We also assist in maintain the documentation for SDT.
